All of us, ladies, want to have toned and healthy belly and there are thousands of questions being asked how to get a flat stomach? how to get rid of lower belly fat? So I've met one nutritionist, who told me few tips to get healthy and toned belly.
Firstly you MUST change your eating habits!!! A healthy belly  will come to you by eating healthy foods.
  • Try to drink green tea at least three times a day.
  • Remove white bread from your eating habit list.
  • Stay hydrated, drink at least 1,5 l of water.
  • Incorporate more healthy fats (no butter more olive oil).
  • Eat 4-5 meals a day.
  • Try to not eat past 8 p.m
  • FORGET ABOUT JUNK FOOD (hamburgers, french fries etc.)!!!!!
And for sure do the workout at least 3 times a week. If you don't know which exercises are good for you, download the apps like "Pilates", "Yoga", "Bikini Body Free", "30 Day Ab Challenge", "Brazilian Butt" etc.

Here's my today's breakfast:
  • Natural yogurt
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Apple
  • Flaxseed
