BREAKFAST

Tried new, easy but very tasty omelet.

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • lettuce mix (purple lettuce, spinach etc.)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • black paper
  • salt
  • 1 small yogurt/kefir

How to make:

  1. Fry garlic in a pan
  2. Take a bowl and put 4eggs, yogurt/kefir, lettuce mix, fried garlic, black paper and salt in there
  3. Mix it
  4. Pour mixture into the pan
  5. Enjoy healthy and tasty omelet :)
And for a dessert a tiny slice of cake.
